Who We Are
Baren Associates was founded by Martin Baren, an attorney and insurance agent. Martin spent years consulting with clients regarding their retirement issues. When he turned 65, he encountered first hand, the multitude of Medicare questions that needed to be answered and decisions that needed to be made while trying to enroll in Medicare. Voluminous publications and massive government websites provided an abundance of material to the point of information overload. He could not find a simple source for the information to get the issues decoded and resolved. With so many pieces of the puzzle to solve, the challenge was daunting. After extensive research and meetings with dozens of agents and insurance companies, Martin became a defacto expert in the field of Medicare and Medicare Supplements.
During his discovery process, it became evident that others were also frustrated and in need of a simple and reliable resource to understand the Medicare process, its benefits and pitfalls. Baren Associates
was born out of a desire to share the knowledge acquired. Through strong associations with other Medicare experts and solid relationships with major insurance providers, Baren Associates is able to fill a much needed information gap. We have expanded our services to include other essential insurance solutions for our customers with respect to their life, health and finances. We pride ourselves on providing outstanding customer service to ensure that all of our clients are extremely satisfied.
